It proba...Yes, I agree, I think balance is the key. It probably depends on who you are, also. For example, my sister and I are completely different about this, where she is always taking on extra responsibility and doing a ton of things until it gets way stressful, whereas I have a bad habit of not taking as many opportunities and not taking on as much as I could.
