Pixar Rules
If you haven't scene the Pixar list of story rules on The Kill Zone blog, you need to. Even if you've seen it already, go see it again. Memorize it. Print it and put it above your desk. That's what I plan to do. There's a reason Pixar is so incredible.
And here is possibly the best five minutes of film ever made. Ever.

I love that movie. I like Despicable Me and Toy Story 3 even more.
I love those rules! And that montage--makes me cry every time.
I absolutely love Pixar, especially UP. Those rules are great, I guess that's the reason Pixar is so magical. :)

Agreed. Best love stories: first 5 mins of "Up," Lily Evans & Severus Snape, and I know there was another but I can't remember what it is right now.
I've seen that clip a bunch of times (seen the whole movie several times, too). It always makes me tear up.
