I ask a lot of the same questions. I'm always asking why I can't write faster or have better ideas...always....always.

I can answer your agent/genre question. I really wish you would have come to that agent speech thing I invited you to. I don't think you understand how incredible those things are and what an opportunity it is.

Oh my gosh. Are you plugging in to my middle of the night "monkey mind?" I share many of these questions. I'll keep fingers crossed for both an agent a cute guy coming your way soon.
Nothing like a string of questions, some open-ended, to get out of those 'waiting' doldrums. I'm no stranger to that sense of 'what do I do/when will they respond' conundrum. It's reassuring to read how other writers/artists cope. Thank you, too, for the thoughtful comment you left on my blog.
